Join us every Wednesday for our open Yoga class with the lovely Chelsea of Wildflower Yoga Therapy.
We will explore the different aspects of Yoga, including Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises) as well as Mantras and Mudras.
This class is perfect for those who want to try out yoga in a welcoming and relaxed environment. This class is also suitable for those who are pregnant, suffering from a chronic illness or an injury.
Classes are £8 drop in.
