About the event
Join us on our brand new 'Running Back to You' course!
Wonderful personal trainer and run leader Sarah Lillywhite will be coaching you through a specially crafted 12 week programme of couch/baby/generally just haven't exercised for aaaages friendly sessions, including warm up, stretching, some strength work, and runs where you'll be gradually building your distance towards a (very achievable I promise!) 5km target, PLUS full support and motivation from Sarah and the rest of your group - we will keep each other accountable, high fives and helpful tips a-plenty!
Here are the essential deets:
🏃♂️ Starts Tuesday 7th March at 7pm
🏃 Meeting every week at the cafe - 7 The Corridor in Bath city centre
🏃♀️ 12 weeks (ends 23rd May)
🏃♂️ £100 all in- yes really! We will get you feeling fitter, stronger and happier in your brilliant bod, running at least 5km in 3 months, support you the whole way through AND it'll cost you just over 8quid a session, less than most gym classes!
🏃♀️ Spaces are strictly limited so get in quick if you want a spot- we won't be running another one (literally!) for a while!

We don't give a damn if you're wearing Sweaty Betty or just plain sweaty Primark maternity leggings. Chuck your hubby's tee on and come on in!
All you need is a half decent pair of trainers so your feet are comfy, and a supportive boulder-holder for the ladies if you have them, and we are on our way to that all important headspace, come and join us - you won't regret it!
