Service Description
Smaller parties without exclusive use for a maximum of 8 children (12 guests in total including adults). £50 deposit to pay to secure the date, then the balance is due at least 7days before the party date and we will contact you to arrange this. Parties include: - 1hour soft play for all guests - followed by a table booked in the cafe for 1hour - table decorated with our colourful tablecloths and felt birthday banner - party tea (including drink) for each child (up to 8max) - cake slicing & serving, including all important singing duties! The cafe of course will be open as usual so any grown up guests can order from the regular menu at the counter. A pre-order can be made if preferred. We can't wait to host you!

Cancellation Policy
This 'Mini Bash' party package is strictly for parties with less than 12 guests in total, of which there are 8 children of any age maximum. Babes in arms can be added, however any older little ones MUST be included in numbers. Parties will take place in normal opening hours, and can only be booked in the slots available on the calendar shown. The hour of soft play will start at the chosen time, ending an hour later. The cafe table is booked for an hour period after the soft play slot eg soft play 10-11am, cafe table 11am-12pm. Guests must be respectful of the other users of both spaces. Bookings can be made online up to 21days in advance, for last minute enquiries please email us. In order to confirm your booking and secure your date we require a non-refundable deposit of £50, to be paid via the booking link here. We will send an email to remind you that the balance is due (£100) at least a week before the event. At this point (or before) we will also need final guest numbers, and whether there are, to the best of your knowledge, any special dietary requirements. If you need to make any changes to the information that we already have please let us know at this time. Please note that if the event is cancelled by the customer with 7 days notice or less, for any reason, the full balance would still be due. Do make sure you’ve familiarised yourself and your guests with the Guidelines for Play on the 'Book Soft Play' page before attending.
