Service Description
EXCLUSIVE HIRE for 1 hour of our super duper soft play for up to 35 people (kiddos & adults in total) AND a special party lunch next door in our cafe space afterwards for up to 20 children included! And you get our skilled and friendly staff members to look after you and the bar open for coffees & cakes, plus colourful birthday banner, jolly printed cotton tablecloths, and use of our pretty pastel tableware AND all of the setup and clean up taken care of- just rock up and enjoy stress free! Hurrah! (You can of course have less party guests, but the minimum private hire charge would still apply)

Cancellation Policy
This 'All In' exclusive hire party package is strictly for parties with 35 guests in total, of which there are 20 children of any age maximum. Babes in arms can be added (and included in total), however any older little ones MUST be included in numbers. Parties will take place outside of normal opening hours, and can only be booked in the slots available on the calendar shown. The hour of soft play will start at the chosen time, ending an hour later. The cafe space is booked for an hour period after the soft play slot eg soft play 2.15-3.15pm, cafe 3.15-4.15pm. Guests must all be in one space at a time. Bookings can be made online up to 21days in advance, for last minute enquiries please email us. In order to confirm your booking and secure your date we require a non-refundable deposit of £50, to be paid via the booking link here. We will send an email to remind you that the balance is due (£200 plus any other add ons) at least a week before the event. At this point (or before) we will also need final guest numbers, and whether there are, to the best of your knowledge, any special dietary requirements. If you need to make any changes to the information that we already have please let us know at this time. Please note that if the event is cancelled by the customer with 7 days notice or less, for any reason, the full balance would still be due. Do make sure you’ve familiarised yourself and your guests with the Guidelines for Play on the 'Book Soft Play' page before attending.
