To cancel or reschedule your play session please go via the app, or call us. If you can give us as much notice as you possibly can that is super appreciated. No refund will be given for no shows or last minute cancellations (within 2hours of the session start time). Consistent no shows will result in upfront payment being required for any future sessions. Thanks!
